WHY DO YOU SELL OUT? CAN’T YOU JUST MAKE MORE?
We get asked this all the time. Our bagel making process takes about 24 hours, including an overnight cold proof to let the yeast do it’s thing! It’s a labor of love that we think makes all the different. Good things take time!

Why the name?
Bacon Street, not “Bacon Saint” as we so often hear, is the street that one of our owners grew up on in his hometown of Massachusetts. Some might say that he was destined for breakfast greatness all along!

HOW DO I ORDER AHEAD OF TIME?
To place an order for same-day pickup, just click the “order online” link! To place a large order for a future date, fill out the catering inquiry form and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

HOW LONG WILL THE BAGELS KEEP AND WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO STORE THEM?
Since our bagel recipe consists of only 5 ingredients, there are no preservatives to be found anywhere in our shop. Because of that, our bagels only last a few days on the counter. However, they freeze nicely! We recommend slicing them first, storing them in an air-tight ziplock bag, and then giving them a nice toast to thaw them out.

In lieu of a phone number for the shop, we’ve made everything as simple as we can for you! Need to place an order? HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU'VE SOLD OUT FOR THE DAY?
When we get close to selling out for the day, we always make sure to post to our Instagram story so you don’t waste the drive. You can be confident that if it’s not posted on our story, we’ll have some bagels for you!
